Adjust interface for smoothing the potentials

Resolve how the smoothing of potentials is requested in input file in `interpolate.jl`. 
Currently, when `FWHM` keyword is present a Gaussian smoothing is applied to the potential. If the keyword is missing the smoothing is omitted. Better printing in the output file is needed so the user can keep track of what is happening.
