#grammar and #grammar_url methods get called twice #21

Due to how the logic is built, those methods are invoked twice because of being used in a conditional, here: https://github.com/adhearsion/adhearsion-ivr/blob/develop/lib/adhearsion-ivr/ivr_controller.rb#L141
