Describe the solution you'd like
Actions for users who exist only on the side dashboard may need to vary depending on the organizations needs. Excluding, deactivating, resetting or changing groups/roles may be helpful.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Having a config option to change this sign_only_users_action or possibly add sign_only_user_action to as a CLI option.
