With Helix 5, should the fstab.yaml be removed from the boilerplate.

Good question: we already removed it from aem-boilerplate so I don't see a reason to keep it around here.

in Helix 5, we still support bootstrapping a new project with a content source from fstab.yaml, but once the site is created in config service, changes to the file are being ignored and it can/should be removed from the repo. The default flow however should be to go fstab.yaml-free and have a DA content source provisioned when adding the AEM Code Sync app.
