How to identify user for edit content apply fixex

**Description**
In the current set up there no book keeping of user's edit and apply fixes operations on the data. 

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Edit or apply fix of any suggestions and by the logs or data we can't identify the user who performed the operation.

**Expected behavior**
A log at least should be logged with required data to track the changes in data.
