Integrate glossary with existing tools and roll out to the Spectrum community with proper training and documentation.

Deliverables

1. Tool Integration

• Update Component Options Editor to use glossary for size/state validation
• Update token validation scripts to reference glossary
• Integrate glossary validation into CI/CD pipelines
• Add glossary lookups to existing documentation tools

2. Documentation & Training

• Create training materials for content strategists
• Create video walkthrough of glossary features
• Update Spectrum documentation site with glossary links
• Create glossary usage guidelines for contributors
• Add glossary references to contribution guide

3. Community Announcement

• Draft announcement for #spectrum_dna Slack
• Create blog post or newsletter article
• Schedule demo session for Spectrum community
• Update README files to reference glossary

4. Maintenance Workflow

• Define term review schedule (monthly, quarterly?)
• Assign ownership for each registry
• Create deprecation workflow documentation
• Set up automated reminders for reviews
• Document version control strategy

5. Integration Examples

• Create code examples for each platform
• Document how to validate terminology in tools
• Show how to use MCP tools in AI assistants
• Demonstrate static API access for chatbots

Acceptance Criteria

• At least 2 tools successfully integrated with glossary
• Community announcement published in Slack
• Training materials delivered to content strategists
• Maintenance workflow documented and assigned
• Demo session completed with recordings available
• All documentation updated with glossary links
• Positive community feedback received
