Books transfer

Is it possible to add functionality similar to adding books, but after adding the book to the library? The functionality would consist of transferring a book from one library to another library without manually interfering with the file system and folders on the server.

This function would transfer the book from a given library and folder on the server to a second location, i.e. to another library and folder.
