Deneuralize wikilinks.js

The wikilinks.js file is insanely complex for what it does. It is obvious that an Ai wrote it.

It should be rewritten in a reasonable fashion and also preferably occur as a beforeHook and manipulate the md instead of the html dom.

in fact it was only half written by an AI ... I took an available wikilinks plugin and worked with the AI to "fix it"
