Support read-touch-ttl-pct for read policies

It seems, the latest version of aerospike-client-ruby does not support recently added feature, read-touch-ttl-pct.
Server option default-read-touch-ttl-pct.

The option is nowhere to be seen in the SDK code base.
We've managed to find relevant commits for other SDK clients:

• Python - aerospike/aerospike-client-python@17c588e
• Go - aerospike/aerospike-client-go@acdfa78
• Java - aerospike/aerospike-client-java@4b5a6c8

Is there a chance to introduce support for this option any time soon?
