Suggestion: Add Upload-Post skill for social media publishing

Love this repo - it's been super helpful.

I wanted to suggest adding the Upload-Post Skill which could complement the existing workflow nicely.

What it does

Upload content to 10+ social media platforms via a unified API:

• Platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky
• Content types: Videos, photos, carousels, text posts, documents
• Features: Cross-posting, scheduling, FFmpeg media processing, analytics

Use case

Could be useful for:

• Marketing automation workflows
• Content publishing after generating with Claude
• Managing social presence programmatically

The Upload-Post skill looks interesting for marketing automation workflows. A few thoughts:

Considerations:

• This would add a dependency on an external service (Upload-Post API)
• Social media publishing involves sensitive operations (posting on behalf of users)
• Would need proper credential handling and user consent flows

Questions:

1. Would this be better as a separate plugin rather than bundled here?
2. Are there specific workflows where this would integrate with existing skills (e.g., content generation → publishing)?

For now, I'll leave this open for community feedback. If there's significant interest, we can explore adding it as an optional skill or pointing to it as a companion plugin.
