Build fail in function _TCOD_console_print_frame

When trying to run "go build" from tcod/ i get

/usr/bin/ld: $WORK/b030/_x002.o: in function _TCOD_console_print_frame': ../tcod/tcod.go:46: undefined reference to TCOD_ctx' collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

I'm having the same error occurring.
I cant seem to find any real information on TCOD_ctx to see if its an API change or something else.
Anyone have a work around or is this something I'm doing on my end.
