Tried to create Pinn image LibreElec 9.2.8, could not get there

Hi, I tried to use this on Ubuntu to get a LibreElec 9.2.8 for PINN (PINN gives only LE version 10), but got stuck.
Did all that was mentioned, got into the OS selection, choose LibreElec, Chose LibreElec stable builds and then... nothing.
It just waited on I don't know what.

So what to do?
