Indy4: fist fight is not possible to execute #2

I was testing your great port and I have noticed that Indy4 perhaps lacks the ability to execute the fist fight in the beginning?
This is how it is supposed to be: https://youtu.be/-Tk8ELoARj0?t=577 ... however in your version the cursor simply disappears and there's no way to punch back! (with a mouse button)
The game still works and the cursor is still there (you can blindly escape to the left if you are lucky) but the fight doesn't seem to work.
