Update our triple store to a new one (Alegrograph, Virtuoso or Graph DB)

Context

Currently, we are using 4store as our triple store (database), but it is no longer maintained and we have a lot of issues because of it (see ontoportal-lirmm/bioportal_web_ui#8)

Goal

• Move from out from 4store to another triple store, either: Algrograph, Virtuoso or Graph DB

Roadmap

• Feature: Add Virtuso, Allegrograph and Graphdb integration to GOO ontoportal-lirmm/goo#48
• Feature: Add Virtuso, Allegrograph and Graphdb integration to OLD  ontoportal-lirmm/ontologies_linked_data#106
• Feature: Add Virtuoso, Allegrograph and Graphdb integration to ontologies_api ontoportal-lirmm/ontologies_api#54
• Choose one of those Stores
• Do a script to migrate data from 4store to the Virtuoso or Algregraph Triple-store #607
• Test it at https://testportal.lirmm.fr/ for 2 weeks
• Test it at https://stageportal.lirmm.fr/ for 2 weeks
• Deploy it in production in the Q4 of 2024
