Populate and curate the property includedInDataCatalog

We have a huge work related to the curation of the property includedInDataCatalog.
In fact we need to go in each of the SAC listed by AgroPortal:

And see the list of ontologies to see if the ones we have are there too.

I do not really have a strategy for this now. I will certainly propose a subset of SAC to survey and ignore the others.
Certainly: BioPortal, AgroPortal, BiodivPortal, EcoPortal + OBO Foundry + FAIRSharing + EBI OLS

The information that we need to edit this metadata right would need to be captured in our "TODO check after import" @user34ngrau
