It work for me. I'm using Huawei P20, 4 MB RAM, Android 9, targeting a Hiro marker.

Maybe an issue with safari, could you try it with chrome for IOS ? also if possible using chrome debugger get what the console output is on your phone so we can see what the problem is.

iOS Safari doesn't support webm (at all). No other browser on iOS is allowed to access the camera.
If you find a solution for transparent videos on iOS (within ar.js and possibly a-frame) please share it - I'd be very interested!

I've met a problem that the play button didn't show, so that the gif couldn't play. Is there any suggestion? I'm running exactly the same code on github with localhost.
