🚀 Project Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up the project locally:

Prerequisites

Ensure you have the following installed:

1. Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/yourusername/warehouse-management-system.git
cd warehouse-management-system

2. Set Up Environment Variables

Create a .env file in the root directory and add the following environment variables for both frontend and backend:

DB_CONNECTION=mysql
DB_HOST=127.0.0.1

DB_DATABASE=your_database_name
DB_USERNAME=your_database_username
DB_PASSWORD=your_database_password

3. Set Up the Backend

Navigate to the backend directory and install the necessary dependencies:

cd backend
composer install

Run the following commands to set up the database:

php artisan migrate
php artisan db:seed

Start the Laravel development server:

php artisan serve

4. Set Up the Frontend

Navigate to the frontend directory and install the necessary dependencies:

cd frontend
npm install

Start the React development server:

npm start

5. Access the Application

Open your browser and go to http://localhost:3000 to access the application.

6. Admin Access

Use the following credentials to log in to the admin panel:
