Kindle gets Series instead of Author

Current returned layout is sometimes (depends on book, but often) the # in Series, and then the 'by Author'.
Code assumes the first is the Author. Probably better to look for the By, and use that as Author, and of course returning the correct Series and # in that series is also good metadata.
