Would it be possible to make the following input parameters available for building scripts?
%{current_chapter_name}: expands to the current chapter name
%{current_chapter_start_page}: expands to the current chapter start page
%{current_chapter_end_page}: expands to the current chapter end page
%{default_highlight_color}: expands to the default highlight color
