Improve test_all_plugins some tests are missing for instance chown.

Other tests, don't really challenge the the interface behavior critically..

Hey @unkcpz @khsrali ! I want to solve this issue but could you provide me more description about this issue ? Like where you checking that what test is missing and what tests needs to be changed.
