Parse and understand numbers with k M G... suffixes in the command output #4
Description
Right now the target value can hanadle k M G... suffixes, but eta will not parse such suffixes in the the progress command output.
If it would, we could use du -h for progress, and the current value (printed to the far left) would be nicer.
