Can't enter monitor mode in kali-linux-2024 virtualbox...Is the driver incompatible?

I can't seem to get monitor mode working in kali 2024 inside virtualbox. Am I trying to do something that isn't possible?

Throw the card away and buy one with a supported chipset. I have spent a month and a half trying to git it to work. I have read people saying they got it to work but when i follow the posted how to its never worked. Trust me. Save yourself the headache and just buy a different card.
