Repcred testing - performance benchmarking

I am running some performance tests on another analysis app, so I decided to run the same tests on repcred. Here is what I did:

• Limited search to TRB repertoires (that is what the other app processes)
• Chose a range of repertoire sizes, and ran repcred on those repertoires

Here are the results:

• 100 sequences, Sample ID: 1434_exp_RLQ_pos, Failed
  • Bug encountered Generate mark down error #36
• 1,000 sequences, Sample ID: p1482_CD4ifny, Success
• 10,000 sequences, Sample ID: p1437_CD8ifny Failed
  • Bug encountered Generate mark down error #36
• 100,000 sequences, Sample ID: BS-EQ-0002-T1-replac, Success
• 1,000,000 sequences, Sample ID: 860011255_TCRB, Success
• 2,000,000 sequences, Sample ID: S1_pre0_rep2, Success
• 4,000,000 sequences, Sample ID: p1974_d60, Failed
  • Out of memory See Repcred runs out of memory #37, job ran with 8GB of memory

Again, can probably close this since the memory issue is capture in #37 the other issues are resolved.
