Everything else looks great! I tried to install and re-install the fonts a few times, but no luck. Should we be choosing the SF Pro Display or SF Pro Text?

on Apple Site:
SF Pro

This sans-serif typeface is the system font for iOS, macOS, and tvOS, and includes a rounded variant. It provides a consistent, legible, and friendly typographic voice.

I don't know the how difference between them.

Regarding the difference between Text and Display, this post explains it: https://medium.com/inloopx/what-should-mobile-designers-know-about-the-san-francisco-typeface-1faf5fa5d74f

I'm also facing the same issue, certain characters are not showing up. Even the music control characters are not showing up

You can solve this issue with the "colon" in the time clock by following this:

Seems to be working for me.

MacOS Colon

The Apple Developer , Human Interface Guidelines page clearly states, "Use SF Pro Text for text 19 points or smaller, and SF Pro Display for text 20 points or larger." But, you can't figure the text size. So, I recommend using SF Pro Text.
