New implementation of the datasets activity panel

The new dataset activity panel presents a table with the available selectors for each reader, instead of unrolling all the possibilities in the reader's client area

Centering of viewports on double click

Synchronized scrolling of multiple views

Reimplemented from scratch with proper factoring between local viewport cameras and the shared one. The performance has improved significantly.

Added centering on double click; synchronized views center as well for free, evidence that the shared camera implementation is well factored.
