@akash-santhosh the list seems to be very long and cluttered. Any way we could de-clutter it and format it better?

Need to Segregate these based on authenticity, Local and International, Online-Only, Offline Meetup type, etc... Maybe contributors can do that or I have to do it by myself after Hacktober is over

For now, I'm trying to format all of it into a table for better readability if that's okay with you?
