The cents would be great from a completion stand point but not important for my purposes.

Note. This is how its written on legal documents.

Well, ELGHT is a misspelling.

Is that how it's written on legal documents?

Perhaps! Actually it got transformed incorrectly during the PDF 2 Txt process
