Move out interactive behavior from GelatinClient #11

Instead, have all of the GelatinClient methods return the relevant state update. For example:

  • PrepareMigrateUsers: returns (createUsers []string, deleteUsers []string)
  • MigrateUsers: performs the actual migration, one level up (?)
