Automatic switching to dark theme from browser settings

For now, you can select a dark/light theme for a note in the plugin plugin and change it in the shared note.

my suggestion: be able to switch dark/light theme depending on browser settings eg.

Using CSS

/* Light mode */
@media (prefers-color-scheme: light) {
    body {
        background-color: white;
        color: black;
    }
}
In case user preference is dark:

/* Dark mode */
@media (prefers-color-scheme: dark) {
    body {
        background-color: black;
        color: white;
    }
}

or
Using JavaScript

if (window.matchMedia && window.matchMedia('(prefers-color-scheme: dark)').matches) {
    // dark mode
}

You should be able to add that to your own custom CSS and then upload your theme with those settings specified. Have you given that a go?

I wouldn't want to hard-code the above settings for all users, as many people would not prefer that to be the behaviour.

Didn't checked this code, I found it at stackoverflow.

• I don't suggest inserting this code for everyone
• I suggest adding an automatic selection option to the settings like this
  

For now "Same as theme" uses light/dark state from obsidian, but, I suggest adding new option such as "Same as browser" or "Based on browser" that will switch the theme not at the moment of uploading the note, but at the moment of its display based on the system settings of the person viewing the note in the browser.
