Search for Bower packages in the Panel UI

• Search for packages in the panel UI
• Remove QuickInstall in favor of a better search/filtering experience
• Display a list of available packages
• When selecting one, display detailed information
• Enable to choose the version to install from a list of available options
• Enable to install as a production or development dependency
• When the package is already installed, enable to updated to the selected version
