Git wasn't found on your system

Hi,
I'm using the last version of Brackets (fresh install) with the last version of brackets-bower on Windows 10. My path is correctly configured and i can call git --version via the command console.
However, I get the "Git wasn't found on your system" at each startup of Brackets.
The errors in the console are the following:
/utils/NodeDomain.js:148 [NodeDomain] Error loading domain "bower": Unable to load one of the modules: C:/Users/Julien/AppData/Roaming/Brackets/extensions/user/brackets-bower//node/BowerDomain, reason: EPERM, operation not permitted 'C:\Users\Julien\.config\configstore\bower-github.yml'
How can I solve this problem?
