I have similar problems. Can't import library because sonarr-snap can't see /mnt or /media.

Did you connect both snap interfaces?

sudo snap connect sonarr:removable-media
sudo snap connect sonarr:mount-observe

@albertodonato, I'm uncertain, and can't test currently because snapd is rather broken on openSUSE currently, but why are those commands not performed automatically?

That's how extra permissions are granted to a snap, this requires user confirmation for security reasons, unless the snap is explicitly grant permissions on the store

Why was that not chosen, @albertodonato?

I can ask for those to be autoconnected, but it might take some time. In the meantime, connecting them manually is the way to go

I'd be very glad if you managed to get it working automatically.
