Describe the feature
Today Arbitrum Stylus is completely disabled during UO validation calls. We should enable permissionless tracing for Arbitrum Stylus using their new stylus tracing capabilities OffchainLabs/nitro#2530 so that anyone can write ERC-7562 compliant validation calls that use Stylus.
