Custom Search Attributes

I'm not sure if this is a temporal-operator feature or not or if it might be exposed via the helm chart (I couldn't find anything searching the discussion on that repo) -- but is there a way to programmatically define custom search attributes? Right now, it seems like I'd need to connect to the cluster and manually run

temporal operator search-attribute create --name [search-attribute-name] --type Keyword
