Multiple Thermostats through Portainer Infinitude

I'm trying to run multiple Carrier Infinity Touch thermostats through an Infinitude proxies on Portainer containers:

Using this guide, I was able to get the first thermostat working:

Notice the instructions did not require me to specify a port (3000).

Now, I need a little help to get my Portainer containers configured properly to add a second and eventually third thermostat as well.

I’ve posted my latest attempt here:

For some reason, the Infinitude dashboard will open on port 3000, but not 3001. I think my issue is with properly configuring the ports in each Infinitude instance so each thermostat points at the right proxy (3000, 3001, etc).

I appreciate any pointers.
