That string above is formatting combined with your TZ setting so you'll need to make sure both are formatted correctly.

I think something is broken because the time is one hr in the past. My config:

     - DATETIME_FORMAT=Europe/Warsaw
     - DATETIME_FORMAT=j M Y, G:i:s

You'll want to adjust your config as follows, you're setting the same var.

- DISPLAY_TIMEZONE=Europe/Warsaw
- DATETIME_FORMAT="j M Y, G:i:s"
