incorporate second dimension

so far can only handle a single trait/site
Need to be able to incorporate multiple traits, sites and trait/site combinations
Probably need to define standard API for data input here - can't count on summary.mpwgaim object (traits aren't described there anyway). More likely to be csv output from summary -> write.csv -> read.csv. 

Need to consider names in that context
