Migrate Algolia Insights off of Hive (possibly onto ObjectBox)

Hive hasn't been updated 3.5 years. algolia_insights package still uses it but because Hive requires an older version of build_runner, as projects progress to use newer Flutter and Dart versions, soon they will be bottlenecked by algolia_insights dependency on Hive.

Please consider moving to ObjectBox, still object-based storage and maintained frequently for ios, android and web.
