这个似乎不是Aliyun Open API的scope，看上去像是一个新的SDK的要求。我这个Open API应该是管理Aliyun的资源API

Python open api 是有的 https://github.com/aliyun/aliyun-openapi-python-sdk/tree/master/aliyun-python-sdk-mts
