Add option to change font color of word/phrase needing pronunciation guide

Add an option to change the font color of words or phrases attributed to pronunciation guides to that of the pronunciation guide's color.

I was inspired to make this post while randomly scrolling through the newly posted Reinstein packets on the packet archive. Here's two examples of what I mean.

I am very much a fan of the color options that already exist on MODAQ for pronunciation guides. As someone who (admittedly) has a tendency of reading too far into a word before realizing a pronunciation guide exists, I believe this extension would help to further alleviate this problem.

It's a neat idea I think, but I don't see it coming to MODAQ any time soon as (basically same issue for #205) in the status quo, the application doesn't know how many words a pronunciation guide is meant to encompass.
