Double UI Issue (Majestic related reported issue from community)

Description of the problem

there is a issue related to special conditions
to understand
alt-enter the combo key, works in a fix switch way

related to the start point (border or boderless) it regular only switch boderless<->fullscreen or borderwindow<->fullscreen

the double issue only is present in the BORDERWINDOW chain
not in the BORDERLESS chain
But by accident sometime (on spam/lagg) there is a chance that you switch from borderless to the boderwindow chain or from the boderwindow chain to the boderless chain

Reproduction steps

reproduction is more easy then you think

first, start alt:V, join a server
it does not matter if you are at this time on borderless oder borderwindow chain

simply press ESC-> go Graf settings and select BORDERWINDOW mode, accept accept go back to world

now if you switch slow with alt+enter (wait 10-20 Seconds) you switch without issues from borderwindow (see titelbar on top) to fullscreen, that requires LONG TIMe, you mostly see the switch done ion 1-3s but it needs longer to complete related to the system up to 15/20 Seconds after the visual switch

if you press inside this "switch" time alt+enter again, you see the UI Moving but not the titlebar/fullscreen switch

you can realy see se diff if you make it slow by press every 60 second 1 time alt+enter
then you see instant on every press the switch from full to titelbar or reverse

but on QUICK/FAST alt+enter (like 2x in 1/2 Seconds
you only see the UI Shift

on the first alt+enter it only shift on the titelbar size, if you do it the first time inside the "change" frame
the second time in "change" frame it got mostly invisible and at the third time inside the "change" frame
you create the double view, (looks like one memory ghost)

Expected behaviour

No Double

Additional context

for this issue, i have additionl context
the inspect from chrome, shows for year (without this double bug) 2 sessions for every webview
but only shows 1 of the 2 with preview (visibil)
Now (since the double bug) idk if related
BOTTOW shows content but delayed and if you spam alt+enter to enable this "bug" one frame mostly stuck short
and if i kill all frames on taskbar or by script, the doublicate remain visual, it is or look like , only a not cleaned memory related to switch inside a switch that is not completed
