Mesh agent cant display the screen on Mac #2167

Server Info (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Debian 12
  • Browser: brave, firefox
  • RMM Version (as shown in top left of web UI): 1.0.0

Installation Method:

  • [ x ] Standard
  • Standard with --insecure flag at install
  • Docker

Agent Info (please complete the following information):

  • Agent version: Darwin 15.3.1 arm64 24.3.0 • Agent v2.9.0
  • Agent OS: MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1
  • Macbook Pro Nov. 2024 14 inch M4

Describe the bug
When I go to take control -> connect. It connects successfully, but doesnt display the video. On the Macbooks screen appears a popup that says the Screen is being shared.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. grant the Accessibility, Screen Recording Permissions and full disk access for both tactical agent and mesh agent under Security and Privacy.
  2. restart the Meshagent and the Mac
  3. Go to 'Take Control'
  4. Click on 'connect'
  5. See error

Expected behavior
See the Screen of the Mac.

I installed the Agent on a brand New Mac using the Command under "install agent" -> MacOS -> Apple Silicon (M-Series) -> show installation instructions
