Behaviour

• Shoud be optional (Can be changed using a toggle switch in the settings)
• Background Changes based on current weather conditon.

I think there are two methods of achiving this effect.

Method:1

• Use css gradients
• Set the css class based on the current weather condition
• May be use a dictonary to store the css class corresponding to current weater condition.

Method:2

• Use diffrent image for diffrent conditions
• Apply Guassion blur on the image and use it as background (just like G4 Music / Amberol music players)
• Similarly use dict to store the images with corresponding weather code.

Advantage of Method:2

• This provides better visual experience
