The imported mesh doesn't include a muzzle vertices group. Therefore, although there is a muzzle bone in the armature, it is not exported when the ProxyStudios Blender is used.
At present time, a workaround is to add manually an empty muzzle group since it usually doesn't contain any vertex.
Despite, thank you for your work. It is very useful.
I suggest you make the imported mesh parented to the armature by default in order to be able to export it immediately using the ProxyStudios addon without the need of additionnal actions and manual parenting.
