The goal of uploading/downloading environments: make it easy for two people to be working on the same package(s), notebooks, etc in a consistent environment

With the release of the 1.4.0 release of anaconda-client, you can now upload environments the way you would upload a package or a notebook. Can we add a brief mention of this to the docs page.

  • Page affected: "Using..." - https://docs.continuum.io/anaconda-cloud/using
  • Proposed section: "Uploading other types of files"
  • Additional content: create another example to upload an environment in addition to the CSV example, possibly use the environment example from the OnTime project in the trial VM? and then have peer download environment to make sure they are workign in the exact same environment
