prebuilt windows release?

new to python, having a heck of time getting this to work. Was wondering if there is a prebuild windows release available for this kind of like the one there is for DeepFakeLab?

I am also having a hard time getting this running on Windows. Does anyone want to paste a successful conda env list here? I am installing old versions of tensorflow trying to find one that works. I think all the versions of the packages have to play nice with each other, and I don't have that kind of knowledge.
