Major changes:

• moved everything into separate package :omorch
• added some tutorial files
• latest binaries (v 7.0) of orchideas cli-tools (Linux only)
• handle some added dynamics by 'orchestrate': "ffpp" "pppmfp" etc
• rename various general output-file-names to be target-specific
• not using old config-template, using instead new class orch-config (or was that previous release?)
