Edit window: Add info on exact attribute/index

Since you can open multiple Edit windows at once, it'd be useful to add the info which attribute and index you're editing. Like:

{name} {type} - {index} : {old value}

[Cancel] [OK]

"OK" would better than "Save" IMO, because it all only gets saved later, when the user invokes "File|Save".

That's actually a bug. It was never my intention for multiple edit windows to be open at the same time. But putting a bit of information into the title is a good idea anyway.
