Scoreboards are cut off

Describe the bug
Scoreboard lengths are cut off for clients below 1.13 connecting to a newer server

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up server on 1.20.4
2. Use appropriate version of bw1058
3. Add viabackwards + viarewind
4. Join from 1.8.9

Expected behavior
not cut off lmao

I'm aware it's a limitation caused by the older clients, but other scoreboard plugins are able to hook into viaversion to bypass the character limit (such as featherboard, animated scoreboard, etc)
