Provide way to get number of times a job has been cancelled

The job feed keeps track of the number of times a job has been cancelled, however provides no way of accessing it. This would be useful for automatically stalling jobs that have been cancelled x number of times

I propose altering the job.get method to also return the number of times the job has been cancelled:

```
id, content, cancelled = job.get()
```
